A kind older lady and Button Bit's neighbor. Her husband is always traveling and her children have moved out, so Lily instead cares for the other village residents as though they were her family.
Lily is calm and practical and enjoys quite common household tasks - her hobbies include cleaning, cooking, sewing, and tending her flower garden! She also likes seeing others passionate, so she often listens to other town residents talk about their interests, supporting and encouraging them even when she doesn't understand what they're talking about.
Other notes:
Lily is apparently surprisingly spry! Her sink is too tall for her, but even so she jumps up onto it no problem - even while carrying dishes.
She is considered the village mom, so anytime someone is in big trouble, Lily is the first one they go to. Even if someone's trying to hide their troubles, she has a way of noticing and coming by to see whether she can help.
Button Bit often visits her on rainy or slow days to chat and have some tea. Button often talks about ribbons and recent events on these days, while Lily smiles and listens.
Lily has a lot of exotic cups and blankets and other such items, as her husband will often send her gifts! Each gift is accompanied by a cute letter or postcard, and Lily keeps all these letters and cards in a heart-adorned little box one of her children made so she can read through them whenever she likes.
She likes to call people "dear". Which is no surprise - after all, the other village residents are quite dear to her.
