Pipestrella (pronounced pih-peh-strella) is an Undertale fan monster, but not based on any existing designs so she can be treated like a regular OC if you prefer.
Pipestrella is, in a word, kind of an idiot. Though friendly and energetic, she often forgets that not everyone's like her, which leads to unknowingly attacking humans ("it's a bullet pattern greeting!"), or flying over a trap and wondering why her land-locked allies aren't doing the same instead of helping them. When something doesn't work or goes wrong, her first response is to do the exact same thing again.
She adores the stars above all else and really wants to go to the surface so she can go to space. She lives in Waterfall, as the shimmers in the ceiling are the closest she can get to stars in the Underground, but sometimes goes to the Ruins to visit a sister. (She has trouble seeing if her surroundings are too bright and white, so she needs help going through Snowdin. It's not uncommon for her to get stuck in the Ruins as a result of this.)
Other notes:
She's able to eat glass and plastic, and has no particular standards regarding food, so she's commonly foraging for "food" down at the garbage dump.
Her attacks are stars, and her name's a combination of "pipistrelle" (a type of bat) and "estrella" ('star' in Spanish).
The white circles on her lower 'ears' are actually a second pair of eyes, but most don't know this until they blink.
She made an appearance as a playable character in my game Chase the Stars!
