Personality:
A magic creation based on Flowey's forgotten moral compass and old self, Pointy's the opposite of his brother Shifter in many ways. He's indecisive and cowardly, heavily relying on others to guide him, and always wants to do the right thing... even if he isn't confident what it is.

Unfortunately, after being killed and brought back to life, he suffers from severe memory loss and trauma. He struggles to make sense of his more paradoxical thoughts and feelings, and can easily get stuck in mental loops or vivid flashbacks - being close to him during these times can be hazardous, as he reflexively lashes out if touched, and can unconsciously copy the memory he's reliving.

Lore:
Pointy was made from anon magic alongside his brother, Shifter, in an event called Triple Flowey. Not knowing how to use his body, Pointy stayed with Flowey, who soon decided to kill him but was stopped by Shifter. But, being abused by the askers, Shifter's mind later deteriorated and he lashed out, hurting Pointy for being their favorite; something Flowey then used to manipulate him into murdering him.

Death shattered Pointy. He remained as a spectre, unable to think or understand, watching how his brother suffered from a place outside of existence. When the askers tried to resurrect him, he was initially brought back undead - a state in which he met and badly injured Shifter. Even after he was brought back to life within Flowey's mindscape, Pointy suffered from heavy memory loss and lapses in reality. Struggling to make sense of his mind, Pointy's only grounding point was Shifter - but Shifter was terrified of him, and the first time they met Pointy got stuck in a mental loop and again injured him without meaning to.

After being freed from the mindscape, Pointy helplessly sought Shifter out again, and eventually managed to reconcile a little... But with both flowers afraid of the other, they have a long way to go before they can interact face to face.

Physical notes:
If injured, he bleeds a black, tar-like substance! It evaporates after a little bit. In truth, he is fully made of this black tar - if he starts to melt, that is what he melts into.
Pointy doesn't like having a bare neck; he prefers the warmth/weight of an accessory to remind him he's real.
Unlike Shifter or most Floweys, Pointy can't change his face at all! His pupils tend to change with his mental stability, though - the darker and more faded they are, the less present he is.
His petals feel a little scrunchy, like dead leaves, but aren't as fragile or crumbly as that would indicate.

Other notes:
Just like Shifter, Pointy has no compassion! His judgement is based only on pre-defined knowledge of what "right" and "wrong" are. He can't actually care about anyone or anything - but even so, he wants Shifter to care about him, because he knows that's what family should do.
He wants to get along with Shifter, but worries about one of them hurting the other. So until they can get along properly, Pointy's come up with a compromise: a big panda toy he hides behind if he wants to watch Shifter without frightening him.
Pointy can't see what people look like. He sees his askers as disembodied eyes and refers to them as Eyes, and regular people he interacts with are seen as undetailed and colorless. Since he likes his Eyes quite a lot, he actually has an affinity for any being with a lot of eyes.
Related to the above, Pointy struggles badly with his perception of Shifter. He tries, but it's difficult for him to think of Shifter as not crying and bleeding and missing a piece. He also can't seem to say or recollect Shifter's name; even if he's been told it right beforehand, his mind won't let him say it.
When his mental state frays or something jogs a missing memory, he suffers from hallucinations. Not seeing faces he could before, things around him getting scribblier and less detailed... Even blanking out parts of people's words, or hearing old voices from a memory.
Being dead damaged his connection to the askers, so he can only interact with them as whispers and stares rather than full voices and interactions. As such, he carries a phone with him at all times, which the askers text to speak with him easier. The phone messages help ground him when he's suffering a loop or panic attacks, so he's very reluctant to ever give it away.
He has said he likes to "play make-believe", which is actually creating fake memories and what-ifs. It's unclear how much he truly likes this. He does however enjoy jigsaw puzzles and puns!
