Character Information

An android made to resemble a child, Pipsqueak is like any other kid - cheerful, naive, and curious about the world around him - except for one thing... The mad science.

Lore:
Pipsqueak comes from a line of companion bots that were sabotaged during creation, so that instead of normal interests, they'd always develop an interest in horrible things. The line was recalled and destroyed, but Pipsqueak's parents refused to send him back and instead opted to hide him away. Some time later, his parents died and Pipsqueak ended up in the hands of a criminal gang, where he took an interest in the work of their local medic/mad scientist Faust. Faust in turn adopted Pipsqueak and taught him the tools of the trade, bringing him along when he abandoned the gang.

Personality:
Pipsqueak is a mad scientist's assistant, with an affinity for building cyborg golems out of people. Cheerful and naive, he likes to play and explore like any other kid, so despite Faust wanting him kept safe he insists on going out on his own. To calm Faust's worries, Pipsqueak sometimes brings one of the golem creations (fourth image) to act as a bodyguard and/or ride.

Being curious and easily intrigued, Pipsqueak likes to play with anyone who catches his interest, particularly other kids. (There's no hidden agenda involved, he just likes hanging out with interesting people.) Despite this he has a rather broken world view - people who don't stand out enough to catch his interest are seen as disposable, since "there's lots of others just like them", and he doesn't understand why anyone would be upset over such people being used to create "better things".

He doesn't like being denied or lied to for no good reason, particularly if you break a promise. Getting on his bad side this way is a good way to get hurt, as Pipsqueak may impulsively tell his bodyguard to attack as revenge.

Physical notes:
Pipsqueak's arms have built-in tasers! They're rather weak though, and generally only useful for making someone who's grabbed him let go.
Pipsqueak's paws aren't accurate to a mouse's feet. This is because the company that made him was lazy and reused a different model's paws.
Despite being an android, Pipsqueak has red fluid resembling blood, to make him feel more accurate to a real child. He also has realistic hair under his helmet, but he never takes said helmet off.
His ears and tail are made of a soft and almost plushie-like material. They're rather sensitive, so grabbing them is a good way to subdue him.

Other notes:
Faust does not belong to me, but to my friend. I have permission to use Faust, but it's something to know if you want to draw him.
It's not uncommon for Pipsqueak to carry a syringe or similar with him for self-defense purposes. The syringes can contain anything from sedative to poison to a virus that makes you overheat - be creative!
While less skilled than Faust in all fields, Pipsqueak can follow his lead in most things ... aside from coding. Pipsqueak cannot wrap his head around the details of code work, and thus cannot create his own AIs, requiring an organic brain in order to make his creations think or move.
Pipsqueak's afraid of zombies, owing to a very vivid nightmare of being stuck in and then dying in a zombie apocalypse. The zombie version is depicted in the last image. Because of this, creating a zombie virus is one of few things Pipsqueak won't support, and will argue with Faust on.
The golems and cyborgs Pipsqueak builds are also used for grunt work! They have a lot of nice uses. They have no free will though, only attacking if Pipsqueak commands it or is in danger. Pipsqueak likes to ride on them.
