Speedline is the epitome of "acting without thinking". He's kind, loud, cheerful, carefree and too reckless for his own good, not realizing that anything he does might be dangerous. He loves frogs, hugs and above all his friends (it does not take much to become his friend). He generally has the speed and carefulness of an excited dog though, leading to a lot of difficult-to-avoid tackle hugs.
After having wandered a few countries away on a whim and lost track of where he was, Speedline was taken in by Kikari so they could try to find his home, but Speedline doesn't really mind staying with Kikari and thus puts no effort into leaving, instead choosing to help Kikari do his handyman work. He soon found and helped Devic and Gin, letting them stay at the house as well.
He's particularly fond of Gin and tries his hardest to make sure she's happy. As a result, the room he shares with her is filled with colors and plush toys.
Other notes:
He will absolutely jump into a pond to grab a frog and bring it home.
The gloves and boots are rubber and protect his paws from water and mud - even as a little kid he kept jumping into ponds and mud, so his parents gave them to him. Fur is a pain to clean, after all!
Speedline doesn't like baths and will put up a fuss or turn on the puppy eyes when he knows one's inevitable.
He claims to be a fox. This statement seems dubious at best.
He doesn't get the difference between platonic love and romantic love. Love is love, after all!
